Hello all - Must first say thank you to the forum members that I've done a lot of learning from by reading previous posts. This seems to be a great community.

First time for me with Jaguar.

Two days ago I got my wife a new 2013 XJL that was still on a dealers lot near me. They made me what I felt was a great deal. 5.0 L in Lunar Grey. Of course more importantly, my wife loves it.

I figured what was good for the goose was even better for the gander, especially considering how much time I waste watching You-tube reviews of the F-Type.

So, I put an order in for F-Type R, Ultimate Black. I can't wait. Dealer said wait time is about 3-4 months right now and they should have an expected date for me in the coming several days.

I look forward to continuing to learn all that I can from this forum and hopefully be able to give back in the not too distant future.

I think I'm still in a daze on the purchase but hopefully have the signature now corrected. I keep finding myself looking for an excuse to drive the wife's car!
