I have been after an x350 XJR for the past 5 years. A few weeks back I scanned eBay real quick and low and behold there was 2004 with 2300 miles. Called the seller and found that it was an estate being sold off. After having the guy send all kinds of proof and pics I dove in with a strong bid. I ended up winning the auction. The guy also had a 1900 mile z06, my kind of collector.
Didn't want to risk the car being hauled incorrectly and such, I flew out to get her.
Loving the car- Already added Veffs Bluetooth db2 adapter. Say bye to the Subi-she's sold.
Good to have you with us.
I see that you found the tech section already.

I can see you've already found your way to the X350 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
that is one hell of a barn find! congrats and good luck to you!
with such low miles we know the car wasnt that abused, but funny things happen to cars that arent driven either, definitely get it checked out by a mechanic. you will love the car!
I took the car to the Nashville Jag dealer and they we're pulling people into the service area to see how incredibly un-used this car is. It apparently hasn't ever seen rain or been left out overnight. I looked her over underneath and was blown away- so clean. So when they told me there was a fault with the adaptive cruise sensor I chuckled and said no worries Ive already found a few threads here on the forum on it.
I don't think they scanned the ECU though. More or less saw the cruise warning and said it has to be one of these 2 sensors and there are like 5k of course. I'm going to check all the fuses there were 2 that were blown for the entertainment system initially, and I need to find a small person or pay my 7 y/o nephew to check all the ones in the cabin- not sure how they expected anyone to be able to get in there without doing yoga tricks.. I have a mongoose cable coming and look forward to diving in..
