Hello.
Ive been re-assembling a 1976 v12 coupe from boxes and boxes of parts, what was a completely empty engine bay (no wiring, nothing...) now has a running motor. which is good.
first started with 3 injectors not firing, replaced amplifier and runs, idles, revs well etc.
But, the r/h bank has all white plugs and is running HOT compared to the l/h bank, running all sooty plugs.
This is prior to any cooling issues/ thermostats/radiators etc.
Ive not run it for more than a minute at a time so far.
Anybody experienced this problem?
Cheers,
Stephen.

Welcome.
See ya in V12 section you select.
Fuel pressures is my first best guess, at this stage. Those 2 mechanical FPR's are time consuming to get balanced, and the 31psi specified is mostly too high. Mine runs sweet on 29.
Short stop start running of a PreHE engine is a dead set recipe for fouled plugs, they simply dont like it, and the D Jetronic has absolutely no finese at all.
