Default why ???

Hi why do I keep getting this message up???

(Maurice De Ath, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.)???
  3. regards Maurice

Hi Maurice,
I would say that as you have only posted twice, this may be the problem. You also don't say which page you are trying to access.

May I suggest you go back to the new members area and read in full the sticky at the top of that page.

I'm sure one of the Moderators will be along shortly to point you in the right direction.

Hope this helps.

Welcome to the forum Maurice,

As this is your second post and the first was an entry to one of the prize draws, I think the problem could be that you may be trying to edit someone else's post. Please let me know which thread and post you are trying to access.

To get you started on finding your way around the forum, follow this link S-Type / S type R Supercharged V8 - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the S-Type section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the UK Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-68/ to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham
