hi, im having gearbox problems with my 2001 xj8 106000mls, when driving i get a shudder in 2nd and 3rd, also occasionaly on kickdown the revs shoot up to max but nothing happens, ive had the fliud checked its quite new, has anybody else had same problems, ive only owned the car 5 days.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
