Welcome to the forum Martin,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

A missing radio security code card is a regular issue for UK owners. Most Jaguar Dealers will look up the code for you on the Direct Dealer Warranty System free of charge if you provide proof of ownership.

Follow this link XJ X300 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X300 forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the UK Region forum by following this link UK - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum

Enjoy the forums.

Martin,

Pleased to hear you got it resolved.

There's a few radio decode services listed on eBay UK which have had mixed reports from members so it's good to hear of a reliable one.

No reason not to give their website:

Car Audio Decoding Devon, Car Audio Repairs Devon, Car Audio Sales Devon - Radio Active, Devon
