Default xjs owner saying hi from Ontario, Canada

Hey everyone, been lurking here for a little while now, and have finally sold my 1982 Mercedes 240D to buy a '77 Jaguar XJS.

I will post pics later if anyone wants to see, but it is a bone stock XJS, red in colour with beige interior.

It will be getting lots of work done to it, I do not keep my vehicles stock to some peoples disagreement but hey, to each their own.

I suppose I may be a younger buck of xjs owners, I am 28 and living in southwestern Ontario in Canada. I have never heard of the XJS until I saw one bombing down a highway and it looked amazing. Very low and sleek design and not a vehicle you see very often. I decided to sell my Mercedes and got the Jag for $5000, which I think is a steel for what you get for your buck compared to any other v12, old coupe or vintage car in general.

I'll have lots of questions for you guys and hopefully you can help out!

Cheers

Trevor

Welcome.

Pictures, hell yes.

Then I also note you got the "speed version", as in RED, well done.
