Welcome to the forum the whittys,
You should post this question in the X-Type ( X-Type ( X400 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum ) tech forum. Members there with the same model will be able to help. Also make clear if it's a Driver's Handbook or a Workshop Manual required.
Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some info about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

Thanks Guys for your input, -- Much appreciated. -- The problem was solved by replacing the new bearing with another new one, -- Maybe the first replacement was faulty, or, it was damaged during the fitting procedure, -- I have been advised that the faulty one has been returned for credit !! Cheers
