Jamie's Vectra C brake pads / discs and wheel bearing
Jamie's Vectra C 1.8 SRI is coming due for its MOT so he's decided to renew pads and discs all round as well as resolve thefront wheel bearing issue on the drivers side.
He's had the car about a year and a half and has decided to run it for another year or so as its been quite reliable, if maybe a little heavy on petrol.
Anyhow, just had the windows tinted a medium smoke on the rear ( not in the picture as its an old one and all I seem to have at the moment )
We replaced pads and discs all round on Saturday afternoon and a o/s/f wheel bearing. Brakes were Pagid all round and all parts bought from Eurocarparts, they had a 50% Easter discount, so about £218.00 all in iirc
Other than that she shoud be good for the MOT I think unless anything else surfaces between now and then

Thanks Graham, yes you're right of course...its always a lottery no matter how well prepared you think you are.
Yeah Caddie I know.....he loves it though and its been reliable to date, so he'll be keeping it for a while.
I keep trying to edge him towards an X type but I think he may have his heart set on an Audi, so time will tell..
