although im not a corvette guy it looks great in that color, that and the white make me think twice...now all you need is a supercharger, racing wheels, brembos, and an exhaust lol my buddy did that to his black on black vert. and it sure did drive nice...enjoy it & the great gas mileage they get!

Weird enough but it does givesa pretty decent mileage. I got around 18-19 mpg in City.

Its hard to believe the gas mileage in that thing but it is true. My boss has the Z06 and we had that thing sideways coming out of the local home depot parking lot - that was lots of fun!

Love the color! Lots of luck!

Congrats. Is this your first Vette? I still have my first (and only) Vette which is a 95 Torch Red coupe that I bought for my 46th birthday, 13 years ago (do the math).

You will find that these cars are amazing reliable and relatively easy to maintain. Gas mileage is also not bad considering the horsepower output from this large V8. Going to and from work on city streets was not good (13-15mpg) but once I get it on the freeway, mileage was about 22-25mpg.

My adoration between my old Vette (which I am sadly trying to sell) and my newly acquired 2005 XKR is interesting. When I am driving the Jaguar I love it and look forward to selling the Vette. But when I am driving the Vette I love it feel that the Jaguar is no comparison (at least in shear seatofthepants enjoyment).

Both great cars but in a totally different way.

Sorry for the late reply :/

Yes this is my 1st Vette.

Yeah you need timeto settle down specially when u coming from a Jag. But once you get use to it then theres no comparison with other cars in that class. This thing is Sheer Power I got this when I was 38 years old (that was last year )
