Default 2013 Jaguar XE Caught Testing in the European Alps

As some of you might know, Jaguar is working at a new model, the XE, which is the production version of the Jaguar Concept C-X16. Well, while the concept is displayed on the IAA in Frankfurt, the test crew is driving the mule for the upcoming production version in the European Alps to test both brakes and cooling system.

Uhm, am i missing something? Looks just like the new 2012 xk sitting in my stall right now???? Is nothing other than seating and drivetrain change over a current xk????

It's a *mule*. The external appearance means nothing - just a disguise. The important bits are underneath.
