Great to see people showing off their gorgeous XF's
I've had my 2008 XF since new. Approaching 15 years old in August I today completed the last of some upgrades that I started on in 2021.
These included Apple Car Play, full LED lighting inside and out including extra boot/trunk lights as well as day running lights incorporated into the chrome blades of the bumper air in takes.
Today's final upgrades include proper woven stainless steel mesh for all intakes on the front grill and bumper, illuminated front door tread plates, and inserting the aqua blue LED lighting standard on the front d
oors also now added to the rear doors and then Jaguar logo puddle lights to all four doors.
The installation was meticulously done. Unfortunately being day time I could only get the new front grills in the enclosed photos but in the coming days I'll try for some night shots of the interior and puddle lights

Thank you MarkN. Yes I was very happy with the outcome. As a matter of fact I've just returned from a 2-Day 1,600km (1,000 mile) drive up into New South Wales and Jaguars are not common especially in regional Australia. I stopped in a town called Cootamundra for breakfast and amazingly another XF parked alongside and the guy came into the cafe and asked me if that was my Jaguar to which I replied yes.
His XF is a 2016 model (very nicely looked after), and commented at the overall condition of my car but also like you said he was impressed with the look. The mesh is a finer texture than the OEM grill but it's also the replacement of the black plastic lower grill inserts that give the car "the look" as you say. My outbound trip included late night running and I must say the cabin ambience is really very nice with the addition of the rear turquoise door panel lights (identical to the factory fitted front doors).
As always my near 15 year old XF performed flawlessly. The diesel is very well suited to the long trips I do and has plenty of power for overtaking!! Fuel consumption was 6.1L/100km,
I'll try for some better overall shots soon!!

My dual passion for collecting vintage Jaguar car pictures and capturing ultrahd images might seem diverse, but it's a captivating hobby that combines art and engineering. Vintage Jaguars exude timeless elegance, and photographing these automotive legends lets me celebrate their design and heritage.Simultaneously, delving into the world of UltraHD photography pushes the boundaries of image clarity and detail. From breathtaking landscapes to intricate macro shots, it's an exploration of precision and artistry. This hobby allows me to appreciate the beauty of classic automobiles and the mesmerizing intricacies of our world in a whole new way. It's a fusion of classic and cutting-edge, and I find endless inspiration in the intersection of these two passions.
