1965 show winner Jaguar MK-2
offered for sale, a wonderful 1965 MK-2
air conditioned,
rack & pinion power steering,
4-speed manual transmission + overdrive. Sweet spot around 90 mph.
complete BAS Ltd. Magnolia interior, dark blue carpeting, perfect wool headliner, 3-point front Britax seatbelts, reclining front seats with rear seat picnic tables, (recliners were factory option),
3.4 engine (sweeter engine than the 3.8),
reliability modifications like twin radiator system, 90 amp alternator, pusher fan, this car never overheats, no heat soak,
rear suspension coilover adjustable shocks and panhard rods, no more primitive leaf springs, tracks like a tank, you want a hard ride? no problem, you want a marshmallow ride? no problem.

very smart question,
the answer is no, it is a Series 1 XJ-6 manual transmission imported from UK.
the original Moss transmission is included with the car if the buyer wants to go back to the original non-synchro transmission.
