1994 Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas

Im putting up for sale my sons 94 XJ6 Vanden Plas. Nice looking car on the outside, interior could use some work but its still nice. Runs strong, but the battery discharges, so the battery dies every other day. I understand thats a common issue with these cars, but I dont have the time to look into it further. Additionally, the rear struts definitely need to be replaced, the front struts I think are ok. Breaks, tires, everything else is tip top. The fuel pump was just replaced in the summer.

Its a sharp car and would make fine driver or collectable if someone had the knowledge to tackle the battery issue, and a few dollars to replace the struts. I have no idea as to the value of it, but I know what he paid for it, and am discounting the asking price significantly so I can hopefully get him a running daily driver and get my car back in the process. Im asking $1300. The car is located in Southeast Idaho, but we can hopefully arrange transportation/shipping if need be.

Im selling a good honest car at a good price. I can take additional pics if requested and will answer other any questions you might have, but realize that Im limited in my knowledge.

Might want to remove sign that says $1000 OBO from your pictures if your asking 1300 here....jussayn

Look a bit more carefully, that was $4000 he was asking, not $1000.

before you sale the car, take the car to an advance auto or a place that check the battery. sometime the cell in gone or you need a stronger battery. good luck!
