Victor. Paul again. The drivers seat control you sent has less action than the one in my car now. Did you make sure that It had full function before you sent it out?? I don't know if the damage to the bottom of the case is part of the problem? It will not have any movement to the steering column. The seat only moves to the maximum position, all the way back when key is put in. Will not hold any memory. Also WHEN and HOW have you shipped the clock section?? Again you didn't call like you said. Call on Wed. I know you already have my money so finish the sale. SEND THE PART!! VERY VERY
POOR WAY TO DO BUSSINESS.
