The clock was shippied with usps and its going to take longer than the other ship.
Everything worked in my car begore I pulled it apart.
Its a poor way to do business? I apologize for the mistake I made keep the other part for the wait. And don't worry I can wait to completely finish this sale.

Hello Victor. What progress have you made about the seat memory unit? This is now the 19th and no clock unit yet. When exactly did you ship this unit? It is better to keep customers informed than keep them waiting.

New heart I sent it usps so it doesn't have a tracking number. I haven't been able to find a seat module for your vanden plas either. The cars I've found are ones without memory seats bare with me I'm still working on that

Hate to do this guys but I have been waiting nearly two weeks now for parts I paid for by this person.
I have sent multiple messages to him and posted here but he is not responding. To be safe, I would hold off on purchasing parts from him until I get this sorted out. I don't want to mess up the seller but more importantly, I don't want the forum members to get wrapped up in a bad deal either.
Will update the forum when this gets straightened out.

I have been contacted by the seller apologizing for the delay and was assured my parts were shipped.
Will update the board when they arrive. Have not received any tracking number for the shipment so I don't know when the parts are due to arrive.
At least he has reached out to me.

As coincidence would have it, the parts arrived today.
They are as described and packaged well.
I think the lesson here for the seller is that when people entrust their hard earned money to someone they have never met, sent to a place where it may never be recovered, it is imperative that you be up front and honest and keep the buyer up to date. **** happens and we all know that but when you watch the days go by after you have already paid for the items, you are going to get frustrated a lot more quickly.
Please be kind to others and keep them up to date on their purchases. Mine was delayed because the seller said he needed to wait a few days because he had no money to ship the parts. He was paid with Paypal and for whatever reason, they put a hold on the funds on his end. It certainly wasn't held on mine as I have done hundreds of PP transactions.
He is a nice guy but we aren't really interested in someone being a nice guy if it means we have to wait too long for the parts we paid for.
Just a little tip for the seller going forward.

I entirely understand where you are coming from. But at the same time you have to understand that shipping is your responsibility to pay for. The funds were held on my end and I then lost my cell phone forocer a week. And that was delayed bexause of the holidays other wise you would have been updated on a daily basis.

Certainly didn't mean for this to go south. Just wanted to protect the other forum members "in case" things were not on the level. That's why I continued to update as things were sorted out.
To be clear, the shipping was included in the PP payment to you as we had agreed upon. Twenty eight of the 128 to be exact. The problem with clearing the payment was on your end. I checked PP and discovered that the PP account you had me send the money to was "unverified" and because of that, Paypal holds the payment for some days to be sure it is not a scam. So, my end of the bargain was complete and true. I have done hundreds of instant payments with Paypal. It was not my fault or my problem.
As posted above, we live in the modern age and the "I lost my phone" excuse simply is not an excuse anymore. Obviously the internet still works and you could have reached me with a PM. You promised me via txt that even though PP was holding the confirmed funds for a few days, we were all good and you would go ahead and ship the parts I needed. My hope was to have had them when you promised and I could have completed that job over the holidays which I wasn't able to do.
Again, I am not accusing you of being a thief. I will knock you for not letting the parts needed and paid for by members of the forum take priority in your day. When a deal is struck and funds have been sent, pull the parts and mail them. If you can't, let the buyer know so that he is not thinking he is being scammed. This happens so often these days. Also, don't make any promises that you can't keep.
I appreciate that you followed through on the deal. Honestly, I was going to continue to buy parts from you for this project but now I will feel safer buying them elsewhere. This is the downside to the events that took place here. Sorry this impacted your for sale thread.
