hope you have a few weeks to sell it patiently, to the right buyer...one educated on what to look for on the preventative maintenance, and not just the cheapest out there that has a shiny paint job.

I'm confused about how you "upgrade" most of those things you've listed. Sounds more like you invested in getting it back to road-worthy condition after a wreck.
You upgrades the frame? The windshield? The airbags? The headliner? all that stuff you "UPGRADED"?
I've bought cars that have been in accidents before and replaced the broken/wrecked parts. But I'm pretty sure I didnt "upgrade" the vehicle.
Wow, I wish I would have realized earlier that i DID! I would have gotten way more money for it! :P
