I am selling a 1997 XK8 with 80000 miles, BRG with tan interior. Chrome wheels and good tires. Only flaw is a crack in the front bumper cover, otherwise car is a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. Secondary timing chain tensioners replaced, water pump, thermostat housing all replaced. No smoking and only driven in summer.
Parts that go with the deal are complete 97 A26 motor with 76000 miles, two transmissions, top, both doors, trunk lid, rear bumper, front and rear seats, complete exhaust system and a truck load of interior, engine and plastic trim parts. Set of new door panels, throttle body and other mechanical parts.
I am getting older and its time to move on. Asking $9900 for everything.

Hi Rob,
The engine for sure is a runner. It has 76000 miles on it. I heard it run, changed oil and filter and removed it from the car myself. I would consider the trans to be cores. I have no history on them. The crack can easily be fixed, actually hard to see in a picture.

 

I am looking for a solenoid for the convertible top pump. The one with the blue dot. I am also having a problem with the drivers side cylinder on the convertible. I will need the solenoid to determine the problem with the left side. It may be the hose, fitting or cylinder itself. I might be interested in the whole pump, if the price is right!

Could also use the overhead garage door opener/dome lights. The drivers side arm rest, and center council lid. Mine has no convertible boot cover. Also interested in the passengers side fog light.

Please send me what you might want for these items.

Or wanted, drivers side arm rest in black. Center council lid, in black. Do you have the gps or gauage center wood panel? I'm thinking of going with an aftermarket radio, unless you have a cassette, cd in great shape. Mine works great except no fm!? Convertible boot cover...black. I will look for more things. Also need a top garage door light piece in grey. My little garage door buttons disappeared. I have rigged up something that works...but it could be better.

 

Hi John, by chance do you have the plastic trim piece that covers the passenger seat lower hinge cover on the door side (right side) of the seat? It's a triangular cover with two screw holes in it. Any color is fine with me. It's not available on ebay.

Hi, I have a nice radio with cassette and cd changer with amp if you still need that. I also have the overhead dome lights/garage opener panel...TAN/CASHMERE in color. And, I do have a passenger side fog light. Other interior pieces/parts and rear of car parts/pieces, side marker lights/sockets, etc.
