Mine looks identical to this photo I found on the web - I don't need a garage door control since I don't have a garage - the middle portion that has the buttons for opening the garage is broken off completely.

 

I'm not sure what you are asking for- the bezel with buttons?

 

I'm looking to replace the entire console unit - it just wasn't important if the garage door opener option was included.
