I have a set of front seats (driver and passenger) removed from a 2000 S Type - 4.0 Sport. They are charcoal in color, electric with memory and side airbag - They are located in Northern, NJ so local pick up would be preferred. I do have the ability to deliver these seats as well regionally at cost of fuel + tolls. (NJ/NY or possibly CT depending on distance)

The leather is in good shape, these are used seats. All functons work good. I found a set of seats from a ultra low mileage S Type with the above options + heated option - Only reason why these are up for sale.
