2002 Silver X-Type Sport 2.5 manual. $1,000. Pics taken 11-20-2015
Currently my daily driver. Original owner. I simply haven’t got the time for the myriad issues, so I’m selling it as a parts car, or just tinker with it and drive it. Michigan; garage kept until 2013. Selling, as is, with 195K miles. Full synthetic oil and filter every 5k- 10k miles. Premium sound system. Factory multi-disc CD player. 17” Sport wheels with additional 5th full spare. Front tires are new with 500 miles and rear tires have 2,000 miles on them. Paid $480 for 4 Falken Azenis 235/45-R17. Rear brakes, rotors and emergency brake cabling Feb 2015. Adjustable rear upper control arms installed; need adjusting. Drive shaft resealed and support bearing greased. Body rust. Left rear ABS sensor has rusted. Cracked mirror. Driver’s side ground effects plastic broken in front of the left rear tire. Starts instantly and runs great; time to replace a couple plug coils. Driver’s side door lock actuator needs lubrication; I use the ignition key to lock and unlock. Etcetera...

 

Just had new rear control arms installed, and alignment adjusted.

So I have decided to drive this beast for at least another 6 months through Michigan winter; it's like a tank in the snow!

If anyone needs a parts car or just wants to drive it for several more years, let me know next Spring (2016).
