The car is silver with black leather interior.
It features the economical yet powerful 240hp 3.0 v6 engine mated to a ZF 6 speed automatic transmission
The car has 111k highway miles (I have an 80 mile a day commute)
No Accidents, No Paintwork, clean lien free title in hand


It includes the following features:

Power windows / locks / mirrors / trunk release / fuel door release
Power steering column tilt
Power Glass Moonroof
Power Heated Leather Seats
Burled Walnut wood trim throughout including the optional steering wheel
Homelink Garage door system
Ice cold A/C, with Dual zone climate control for front passengers
Rear parking distance sensors

EVERYTHING WORKS as it should, the car NEEDS NOTHING. I just spent $650 at my mechanic taking care of a small oil leak it had at the oil pan gasket (paper work available)

In the last 20k miles it's had the following service / Maintenance:

New Dual Climate control valve
New Belts and hoses
New ceramic brake pads (for less brake dust) - Rears are BRAND NEW
New spark plugs / coils / Intake manifold gaskets (100k mi service) - the intake manifold has to come off for this, so the gaskets were replaced
New oil pan gasket
New Optima yellow top battery


Now onto the upgrades:

Exterior:

First the car has a set of 18" Original Jaguar S-Type R 18" Staggered Vulcan wheels with matching Nexxen NX3000 Tires (245/40/18 fronts 275/35/18 rears)
These wheels are extremely rare as only 2000 S-Type R's made it to the USA
Second it has the 2005+ optional Jaguar Mesh grille This really brightens up the front
Windows were professionally tinted 20% on the rear window / 35% on all side windows

Lighting:

Both headlights and fog lights were converted to 6k HID using Digital slim ballast kits. They work perfectly and cause NO warnings on the dash: $200

Entertainment / Multimedia:

The car currently has a phenomenal entertainment / multimedia system installed:

Source Unit - Pioneer Avic D3 Double din DVD / Nav Touch screen head unit. With Optional Ipod interface. Ipod connection is routed to glove compartment

Front stage - MB Quart Formula FSA216 6.5" Components powered by an Old school Coustic Power logic 360.4 amp - 140 watts PER channel. <p>

Subwoofer - JL Audio 12w3 V2 Powered by an old school soundstream Picasso Pic 4.880 amp. 880 watts mono to the sub

Rear Entertainment - OEM Jaguar Rear Entertainment System, Dual 7" Monitors in matching Black leather headrests. They are currently connected to the Front head unit DVD player, BUT also have an SD card reader system, which would allow you to play movies / videos etc on the rear screens only, and the it comes with two sets of Jaguar wireless headphones

The car also has a 2 farad capacitor with digital voltage display installed in the trunk

The stock wheels with good tires are also included in the sale
