FS[MidAtlantic]: 2003 S-Type V8

2003 S-Type V8
I have a 2003 S-Type V8 for sale in Goldsboro NC. It has 114K miles on it. If someone didn't know, it's the 4.2, not the 4.0. I've had it for about 2 years, but I got stuck with PCS orders, and couldn't take it with me. I'll post the bad parts first:
The worst, it has "The Lurch". Type 1. It can be minimized once you learn to anticipate it, sometimes I don't feel it at all.
The CEL is on. Code was something about "Low Voltage".My mechanic believes it needs a battery. Had to jump it one morning to start it, so he's probably on to something. I would have replaced it, I just didn't have time before I had to move.
There's a stain on the rear bench seat; don't know what it is, it was there when I bought it. Doesn't transfer to anything though.
The good:
It has a new water pump, new radiator, and all new coolant hoses. I had a minor coolant leak in one of the hoses during a road trip. When I replaced the hose, the water pump broke. When I replaced that, the radiator sprung a leak. After that, I replaced just about everything that touches coolant out of spite.
4 new coil packs. Well, 2 new, 2 are about a year old. All new cables.
New valve cover gaskets.
2 new tires up front. The rear tires are about 60%.
I have new rotors for the rear, and brake pads for all 4 corners. They are currently in the trunk.
It runs very well, and has no weird noises from the engine. Drove the car to Sacramento Ca and back last December, other than the minor coolant leak on the way back (Engine never overheated; the gauge never went over normal operating temp), the car was a champ.
Would have been happy to keep the car, but just wasn't in the cards. Asking $7500 OBO. I'm already in CA, but my wife is still in NC with the key. The car is sitting at a friends car shop. PM to set up a test drive. I can get more pics from my wife, just let me know what you need to see.
