[FS] 2003 XJR parts car
#41
What is the interior code? AGD or oatmeal? How do all of the seats look. I might be interested and could pick up as I'm sure shipping wouldn't be real cheap.

I have a very similar story as yours. My beloved 00 XJR was deemed a total loss due to a unfortunate mishap. I picked up a 01 in the same exact color as mine locally, but it needs a few items to be worthy of the Jaguar standard. Hopeful you are able to help with all or some of the items below. Items I am looking for:
1) Rear driver side cabin light fixture, mine is all wobbly.
2) Rear cigar lighter cover, mine is missing
3) Front passenger and driver side visors if your interior is the same color
4) Front driver and passenger side seat belts and the panel as well please if it is the same color as my car. Mine are quite filthy
5) Upper pop console above the rearview mirror if it is the same close as mine, mine is again quite filthy
6) Sunroof panel mine is not clean and has some spots on it, plus the piping trim that goes around it
7) Trim/piping that goes on all four doors, only if it is the same color as mine
8) Interested in the front seats if they are the color, please do upload some pics

Britrover,
The car has the oatmeal (AGD I think) interior.
I have the sun visors and the upper console handy in my garage. The other items I'd have to visit the car to check on. The guy who made me the offer probably expects to get what's left on the car at the time of the offer. I would have to confirm whether he's still planning to buy the car before I would feel comfortable taking any more items.
I will be in Colorado until next week but I will message you when I get back. If you don't hear from me by Monday night or Tuesday feel free to message me as a reminder.
TreVoRTasmin,
The passenger seat looks great and the driver seat only had some lower cushion wear. They have also been removed from the car and put in storage. I will have to check and see if they are still available. Again, give me a week or so to get back into town.
Rpach10115,
I found the Evap purge valve I had in the garage. I think it's fine except for one problem; the vacuum line nipple broke off. I don't know how you would securely attach the vacuum line underneath without that little plastic nipple in place.

Jeff,
Have an 02 xkr and have been looking for the plastic cover for a seat belt clip where the seat belt clips into the holder. I believe it is the same as yours. It's in two parts but I don't know if it comes apart ?? If it doesn't it would be a bear to get the seat belt out and probably not worth the time and effort.....

I made it out to the car today for the first time in probably at least three weeks. My wife went with me today; first time she's seen it since the accident. So much has been removed and it's been sitting for 6 months... the sight of it made her sad. It was such a beautiful car at the beginning of this year.
The gentleman who bought "the rest" of the car is speculating he will pick it up next week. As I've said before if he changes his mind I'll pull some individual pieces off.
I have had all the control arms re-built so if anyone is looking to do a complete front end refurbish then check out my eBay ad below.
Jaguar X308 (XJ8/XJR) front control arm complete set | eBay
I used the same parts and the same machine shop as when I did the control arms on my current XJR and it drives marvelous now!
