A little over 5 yrs ago, August, 2010 I believe it was...a friend of mine, knowing I was searching for an X300, sent me a link to an ad here on the Jag forum, posted by none other than Belladad. I called, he answered, I went, we drove it around greater Denton a bit; we dealt. So began a wonderful adventure of ownership of my 1995 Vanden Plas. The car you see pictured above is one of the reasons he was selling the 95. They were side-by-side in his heated/cooled garage when I first went to inspect it. Both were in immaculate condition. The '95 was sporting 63,000 miles, and despite being 15 yrs old, looked the part of a new car, inside and out. I'll be the first to admit the paint has suffered a bit from spending it's daylight hours largely in the Texas sun (I'm not high enough in the company to have covered parking) vice Belladad's climate-controlled garage, but it now sports 192,000 miles and it has been an absolute pleasure to drive/own/maintain.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Belladad....but as you can see from my signature...I'm kinda full-up just now...generally with Jag's and particularly with XJ's!
