Default 88 XJ6 w/ all maitenance papers

I think i want to sell my 88 XJ6, which i purchased in January of this year from a guy who let it sit for about a year. I thought that I would have more time to focus on the small things that need attention. It drives Perfectly, just like every other Jag, it floats along the road The things that I Havent Fixed; Power Steering Pump, although, my triceps seem to be bigger from driving withoutit, the Dashboard has a few "straight" cracks in it, which could be patched quite easily, One of the "bullet switches [? thats what my mechanic called them]" on the Hydro resevoir needs to be replaced. The shocks that hold the hood up need to be replaced and the paint has a few chips in it.

Now the rest of the car is in great condition, besides the fact that it needs to be washed. There are absolutely no leaks in the Sunroof, and no water damage from the Air Conditioning problem that I had posted on the forum. The leather is all original and has finally gotten soft again from all of the conditioning i have done to it. the Carpet is in decent condition, it is 20 years old. The wood Vaneers are all in good condition. The Tires still have lots of meat on them, they were brand new when i bought the car in January, and have only gotten about 3000 miles on them since.

Things that I have done since i purchased the car; Changed the Spark plugs and coil wires. Changed the Fuel Filter and Pump. Disassembled and cleaned the Mass Air-Flow Sensor, Flushed and cleaned Fuel Rails and Injectors, Changed the Valve Cover Gasket, Installed a new 6 cell "Red Top" Optima Battery, Installed and "Soft Wired" [spliced into the original Harness for ease of removal/replacement] a new Kenwood KDC CD player into the Stock opening. Recharged the A/C, and cleared and sealed the drain tubes from the inside of the vehicle. New Crank Sensor and Ignition Amplifier, and new filters, both air and oil.

When I bought the car, I was given all of the original Paperwork, even the Scheduled Service Manual, which was obviously kept up to date, atleast until 2001. The car was originally Purchased in California, then Lived in New York for a few Years then went to Texas and has resided in Florida for about the last 7 Years. In 1998 the Top End of the engine was rebuilt, which i have all of the respective paperwork showing, when, where, who, what and why. The same mechanic that did the rebuild has done the majority of the work since i have purcheased it. He is located in Tampa, Florida, near Raymond James Stadium.

If anyone wants anymore Information, or would like to make me an offer, give me a call. My Cell Number is [352] 514.9740. I'll Post Some Pictures of what she looks like now when I get a chance to take some later today.

Thanks,
Erik

Default RE: 88 XJ6 w/ all maitenance papers

So i took some new pictures, and here they are. like i said, she needs to be washed, but besides that, i have taken pictures of the chips in the paint, the cracks in the dash and they few small dings that are in the drivers side.

I did forget to mention that the passanger rear door does not open from the outside. I have taken the door panel off and i can't figure it out.
