Parting 89 XJS coupe. V8 converted with 5.7LT1 and was a complete running/driving car. Owner lost interest a few years ago- now being used for parts. Have much for sale:

Brake parts- fully functioning ABS brake system with newer accumulator- system works as it should. Sell individual parts or complete system. Have available: actuator/reservoir assembly, brake pump/accumulator/switch assembly, ABS brain, wheel speed sensors

16" Dayton wire wheels- (Yes, 16" diameter, not 15") complete actual knock-off/knock-on set (the 3-eared spinner holds the wheel on). 4 wheels, 4 splined adaptors (that bolt onto the stock Jag hubs), 4 3-ear knock-offs, and special hammer ( will fit all XJS and 70-87 XJ6, and likely later XJ6 as well. Impossible to find- asking $850 for full set

Body- Have all body parts except for LF fender

Electrical- switches, good wiper motor (electrolux style- will fit earlier models- $150), window motors, door lock actuators, more

Lights- 4 light headlight set- $200 complete down to the screws. Decent chrome on bezels

Interior- have some panels. Seats no good. Tan color.

And basically everything else is available- can ship most pieces.

They might. Believe it or not, I've seen a few XK8's with wire wheels, and this one would be even different than those as these are true knock on/knock-off style. All of the others are bolt on and have a fake knockoff on them.....

Save me a trip to Ebay and I'll make you a great deal. Maybe we should talk more .......

 

I would be worried that dropping down a diameter 17"-->16" that there might be clearance issues with the brakes.

I probably do have a good antenna. Does your car have the motor and mast all in one unit or the motor remotely mounted from the mast?

Do you have the front bumper center chrome piece ? and do you know if it will fit a 96 ?
