I have (3) NEW HJA6458AB front license plate plinths. These are NEW parts that have been in a box of parts for more than 10 years. They have a few minor scratches but have never been mounted on a car.
They come with the plastic clips for using sheet metal screws to mount the number plate but not the screws to mount the plinth to the car.
