I have a set of (4) 225/60/R16 wheels with Firestone Winterforce. Check them out at 1995 to 2004 Jaguar rims and snow tires

Sorry, I can separate them. Need to sell them as a package deal.

Looks like James56 is in Cleveland, OH so might not have worked out for you, marmar1305.
I'm in the Niagara region, and know of a few cheap used tire stores here. Whereabouts are you, GTA?

Marc,
I hope I'm not too late with this, but I just bought two new Mastercraft 225/60/16 V-speed rated tires from Summit Racing for $79 each, delivered to my house. I installed them on the rears of my XJ6.
They were the only tire I found anywhere that met the size, ratings, and other "qualities" at less than $100 each.
They are made in China, like so many these days. However, they seem to be made well and I really like them so far. They have an attractive, non-directional tread pattern (which I wanted), 400 A A, V-rating, and a good overall size for the 16" rims. They run quietly and the handling is good.
I shopped around for a while, but couldn't find ANY used tires in that size, let alone V-rated. I found that Walmart still sells the General tire in that size and rating, which is what I was replacing. I've been mostly happy with the Generals, but: they have a directional tread pattern, which means proper use on only one side of the vehicle. They are also a very large tire for that designated size, looking a little puffy on the wheels. They also cost over $100 each.
If you have Discount Tire there, you've probably seen they have some other options too, like Falken (directionals), but the cost is well over $100 per tire.
I can recommend the Mastercrafts. Will probably post up in the tire/wheel section with a review. Good luck friend!
