My loss will be somebody's gain... F Type
It is with a heavy heart I am listing my '14 V8S for immediate sale. Many of you have been following the rebuild of this Satellite Grey Convertible for the past 6 months. The build was slowed down by my wedding and subsequent honeymoon. What I did not share previously was my health issues. I have been sick for the past couple months and have been through every diagnostic test they could run. With our wonderful health care payment system (and I have BCBS) I have racked up some significant medical bills and now I am looking at surgery within the next couple weeks. I will be selling my F-Type as soon as someone makes me an offer that is reasonable. I am not going dump her or take a lowball offer, but I will let it go for a very fair price.
Please review the below thread to see the entire process she has gone through. On Friday Sept 1st she received her 36k mile service (35,220 miles) and a clean bill of health. There is a O2 sensor bulletin open for her and I have scheduled to have that service performed next week. The only item listed on the multi-point inspection was a note concerning wearing rear brake pads. Not needing to be replaced currently, but they will at some point.

She has no issues, fairly new tires, fresh service, and has had all scheduled maintenance completed.
As most of you know, I bought her damaged on the left side with a salvage title. I have completed all the work with the EXCEPTION of the drivers seat airbag. That will need to be installed and an upholstery shop repair the stitching in the seat. Since the airbag light is still on, I have not sent the title in for inspection to obtain a rebuilt status. I have the original salvage title from the insurance company in my possession.
Thank you for looking and I look forward to getting well and rebuilding another one.
Robert

Sorry for the delay in responding. I had my surgery last week and have not been online. I will take $39k for her and I'll cover the cost of a (reasonable) plane ticket to come pick her up so you can drive her to her new home. Send me a txt or call me to discuss. (205) 999-7856 I might also be interested in a trade for an older Ford Raptor or Jeep Rubicon plus cash...

Come on guys, someone make me an offer. It's gonna be weeks or longer before I can fold this 6'2" frame enough to crawl into her and she is just gonna be sitting in the garage getting neglected...

I see you have tested it out on my road, the Dragon. That shows some absolute faith in the repairs.
I am actively seeking a convertible to replace the Crossfire SRT-6 Roadster I just sold.
Yours is considerably more car than what I am seeking but I did want to congratulate you on bringing her back and posting the interesting tale.
