OEM Windblocker for XK8 convertible

Sold the car long ago and i'm cleaning out the garage. Los Angeles area but also maybe can deliver to San Francisco bay area next week. Here's the link with pics:

Hi there--was there a companion piece mounted to the car that the locks fit into?

Second the question above... does it require a piece that is mounted to the car? And is it shippable ?
