Hello Jag forum,


I want to be honest and say I joined this forum so I can offer this car for sale to some enthusiasts. The car was purchased new by a relative of my girlfriend and then was passed to her six years ago after a death in the family. The car has sat for 4-5 years and someone needs to rescue it soon(and get it our of my driveway!). I tried starting it and discovered that it has spark but the fuel system is not being energized for some reason. We have all the receipts since new. The body is good aside form opposing rocker panels that are just now starting to rust. The interior is just now starting to show the signs of moisture. I am thinking it would be a good parts car, but maybe there is someone who would be willing to bring it back to life.

Would be a shame to see this go for parts. First XJS I ever rode in at 12 years old was an '85. Same color combination. I'm all about the Black on Black, but if you don't get any bites, and want to see it restored, I'll pay for shipping to Houston, TX.

I agree its always a shame to part-out any non wrecked car in fair condition. If you are paying for and setting up shipping I don't mind who buys it Let me know if you need any more pics or information.
