Car ran great till a week ago. Thought it was supercharger, but found out that the back driver's side cylinder is damaged. Plug was sheared off when it came out, cylinder is full of metal shavings, and piston appears to have hole in it. All this just starting the car? Anyway, I'm not going to fix it, Will sale car for $2000. Everything worked great till this happened. Live in Roanoke Virginia. Pictures attached.

 

If you have any interest in fixing it, I have an engine that I removed from a 2001 xkr for sale, the heads dropped 3 valve seats, but as far as I am aware the block is still good, might benefit from re-honing a new rings if you wanted to.

For just the heads and the block, I would like to get $900, might be a cost effective way to get your car back on the road?
