If you cant find it...and since it's pressure not flow you can use a drill press and make your own in about 30 min. For the banjo...Drill from the bolt tip shy of of head and then a cross drill to intersect the first operation. Same for the block using a piece of alu bar and a 1/4 in NPT tap for the fittings.
