-Auto-dimming rear mirror
-Front and side airbags
-Wood and leather in interior are in great condition
-Paint in great condition, with a few scratches here and there, especially on the rear bumper
-Automatic climate control with rear vents and front seat heaters
-Tilt/slide sunroof
-Tinted windows
-Built-in garage opener with four settings
-Other very Jaguar touches like reading lights for backseat passengers, and the chromed hood ornament, which I've modified to be spring-loaded and removable to deter thieves.

Mechanically it's in great shape; my mechanic is a Jaguar specialist and he gave it a clean bill of health after all-over inspection, especially the underside, which he judged to be very clean for a car of its age up here. Nikasil engine was replaced with updated engine in 2004, so tensioners are also up to date. Since I bought it I fixed some surface rust spots, added some OEM mud flaps and floor mats (the mats are embroidered with the Jaguar logo), and also have an extra set of wheels with Dunlop Winter Force M3 snow tires [now on the car]. Oil and coolant were recently changed.

Bump! Price reduced to $8k obo, updated top post with new mileage and info; basically, it's on the snow tires right now and I still have the summer wheels and tires. My town (Cambridge) doesn't use rock salt, plus I don't daily drive it anyway, so it's ready for winter but never stuck in the thick of it.
