This is the original Lux package genuine warm charcoal leather dash from my 2008 XKR. The car never sat outside in the sun and was garage kept, there is no sign of shrinkage, pulling, etc yet and appears to be firmly attached at all edges. There is a slight bubble a few inches to the right of the center speaker that is hard to photograph, see the pic with the notation. Considering the age, this may be a simple fix or the dash may need to be reglued at that point. The MSRP is $2650, I'm asking $990 OBO + freight which makes it a good deal. There is a piece of plastic that snapped off at the bottom behind the center console that can probably be fixed with epoxy. I'll post a pic of that later.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

For someone having "dash shrinkage" problems, this would make an excellent replacement for a fraction of the price from the factory. And restretching and gluing the "bubble" along with adding the stapling that prevents dash shrinkage is no more than an hour job for an upholsterer or a d.i.y. project. And it's already out of the car, the hardest part.

Here is the pic of the broken bottom center console bracket. Should be a simple fix with epoxy. And to reiterate, this dash was cared for and conditioned. There is no shrinkage, lifting or pulling. I believe the slight "bubble" is due to a lack of or failure on the part of the factory adhesive used in that specific spot. I tried pulling back the leather around the center speaker grille thinking perhaps I could inject some glue in that spot, but the leather is firmly attached and I did not want to damage anything. A competant upholsterer should be able to make this new again.
