[WTB] XJ6 Series 3 Rear Headrests

XJ6 Series 3 Rear Headrests
I am looking for a set of rear headrests for my '87 XJ6.
These were used on the VDP cars as well as some of the standard XJ6's as an option.
Color not important.

Hard to find!
My '88 Series III had a ragged pair which I had re-covered for use on my XJ6.
Years ago Paul's Jaguar had a few. I bought a pair from Paul (and had Paul's re-cover them) for use on the XJ6 I had at the time. Not cheap. You might give them a call.

Do you know at what point or year did the rear head rests change?
I've noticed the XJ40 cars appear to have the identical rear seat and headrests as my series 3.
If they are the same up to a certain year, I might be able to find an entire rear seat and just use the headrests and toss the rest.

the XJ-6 rear seat Back came ready to accept rear headrests, if you remove the seat Back, look behind, at the top shoulders, and you will see the holes and the guide tubes for the headrest poles. Very simple to install. I installed rear headrests in my 1984 XJ-6 years ago, paid $60.00 for a pair of Biscuit rear headrests, those were the days!
the funny thing is that all the way back to 1962, Jaguar was anticipating rear seat headrests with the introduction of the 1963 S type. I also installed XJ-6 headrests to the rear seat of my 1965 S type, same thing, holes already there, same as the 420 and the XJ-6 Series 1, 2, and 3.

I'm not sure when/if they changed...or if any change was significant
If the XJ40 type is the same or very close it would obviously make the search easier
