As bad as it sounds, i would rather someone get the car that is gonna take care of it or a forum member. I really dont like the thought of some idiot destroying it because it is an "R"

Thank You
Jason, Thank You for all your contributions to the forum. You are a first class guy for helping so many of us out. You will be missed. I understand cars come and go. People too. But each of us remembers the close connections we had with the cars in our life. ( I can name everyone and every woman I ever shared one with.) And though the cars are second to the humans we connect with, you have enhanced the relationship many of us have with similarly minded forum members who connect through our cars. And you, my friend, have helped many of us get closer to each other through this silly forum and our cars. None the less, a significant connection.
P.S. Can I be so bold as to ask you to recommend a touchscreen navigation, unit with Iphone, etc. that makes sense for other S-type owners without Nav. Not a commecial endorsement per say, but rather something the enthusiast should consider.
P.S.S. your car looks beautiful and I'm sure you took great car of her. I can already recommend a S-type (with a V8 and supercharged even more so) to those looking for luxury and perfomance. Your's deserves serious consideration.

Fantastic! Great news that the Doctor of 12 volt systems will continue montioring us patients. Along with that, thanks for providing a few words on after market navigation receivers. Rather than hijack your "for sale" thread with that talk, I'll move to the proper spot on the forum and repost.

Jeff, is your R still for sale? Where are you located? I'm in Wisconsin and if I bought your car I'd have to decide whether to come to where you are or ship it home. How many actual miles are on it? Sounds like you have a lot of friends on this site! And if all of them think it's a good car, I gotta believe 'em. By the way if I can scrape up the extra couple of grand, I would be a good owner and give it a good home.
