Got it Seth thank you very much. The intakes will be shipping out very soon. The weather here has slowed things down some. My tester Micheal is testing out a potential solution to the Norma fitting.
I finally heard back from Norma and they said I would have to purchase 100,000 units. I'm trying to find a distributor that will allow me to purchase less then 1,000 fittings. Although I *could* use them to go into jaguar Mercedes BMW replacement hose business with 100,000 units hahaha

Ok, time for my official review. I replaced 2 bad coils and my sparkplugs (52k miles) with NGK IX. I also have a k&n filter that was recently cleaned. Otherwise I am stock.
-Throttle is more responsive. There isn't that slight lag I noticed before (one of my issues on the Jag vs my prior BMW)
-Sound. This one is strictly opinion, but since I am still a young guy of course I like the increased noise. It isn't there if you drive it like a little old lady on Sunday, but if you get on it, past 3500rpms expect more of a roar.
-Power. Per the thread, supposed to give 13rwhp. I do plan on hitting up a local dyno day here in town to see what she puts down. Assdyno tells me she seems faster, but I haven't had my *** calibrated recently.
-MPG. I will be motoring this, as I plan on driving like I always do to work for the week and report back if there is a difference.
-Intake temp. I have a Torque for Android (phone based obd2 program) and it is 37 degrees outside. Letting it sit and idle for 10 mins got me up to 57 degrees and driving around it was at 46 degrees. I should also mention I have removed the front flap on my airbox.
Overall to me this intake is more than worth it. Cheaper than other intakes I have purchased (Dinan comes to mind, and don't start with the warranty factor, plus it did not have a ceramic coating). The improved throttle response is more than worth it for me as I always hated the lag that the stock one had. Still waiting on my friend's camera to take better pics and video of it.

Wow me likey. I need to do my taxes bad.
Which intake did you go with Michael-better, better with interior coating, or best
Was there a price posted for the Riski Red intake I cant seem to find out if that was gonna be at an additional cost and which intakes it would be available on.

Surprisingly, Advance Auto. They were 55/coil and took a couple days to come in. And of course they are stamped MOTORCRAFT. The design feature I like the most is the bottom boot isn't glued on like factory, so it can't come off in the spark plug hole (not a fun thing to fish out).

I will get the pn when I get home later today. As far as it breaking apart, I want to say it was due to oil seeping into the spark plug well (yay for having to replace the O-Rings soon) as it only occurred to the coil that had the most oil. It wasn't more than maybe 2oz at most, but it covered the coil pretty good.
