Ditto to 1320racer...If maintaining an Eaton blower, a method maintaining low air intake temps. is critical. The "Killer Chiller ($650), NOS ($400), or methyl alcohol is the way to go to both maintain and create power. A twin screw STR with hi-flow cats, x-pipe, and mufflers could deliver 600+ chp and trq. without an ECU tune.

I see you're getting closer.
If your customer would allow, it would be wonderful to have an Open House to highlight this major build. Many would love to see and hear the completed build. You could have dyno runs at "X" AM and 1/4 mile runs at "Y" PM on "Z" date.
Honesty though, not many would be willing to spend the big money for this extensive of a project but would pay good money for bolt-on power adders like a new supercharger (and the required parts to complete the install) along with a limited slip rear.
I am looking for the best new supercharger option to use without requiring a change of the stock injectors and fuel pump etc.. Maybe it is the 2.6 KB, 2.3 Whipple or 2.3 TVS? I just don't know yet? I have already been doing some research/reading to determine which new SC gets the most hp/trq bang for he buck while not requiring too extreme of mounting modification to fit our 4.2 "R" cars (S Type-R, XJR, XKR) intake system. Unfortunately, all seem to require extensive part development to mount.
