May be rear axle or differential bearings.

Jack up the rear (place on stands), put in neutral, have buddy(s) spin rear tires while you listen with a mechanics scope on the pumpkin. Then go find your wallet... Sorry I know that's not what you want to hear but if you’re sure it only happens when you accelerate, and from the rear end. I'm sure that it's not just low on gear lube. You're gonna have to replace parts, or pay someone to do it for you.
