How many kilometres/miles are on the vehicle?

Is the MIL on? If so, what DTCs are stored in the system that indicate an issue with one of the four oxygen sensors?

I have just at 250,000 miles on my car. No MIL light, no DTC codes.

If you're smelling exhaust fumes in the interior, check for exhaust leaks around the manifolds and catalysts.
