Default 03 S type rack leaking
Is this a easy fix or does the whole rack needs to be replaced.

You'll probably be better off replacing the entire steering rack. Call Detroit Axle at (888) 583-0255 and ask for the owner, Mike. He sells a remanufactured one with a lifetime warranty for about $230 (with core exchange). Best deal you'll find on a steering rack....
