Does anyone know about a recall on 2005 S-Type Rs Park Brake Module?

S206-R166 JAN 05 Recall - Rear Wheel Brakes Unitentionally Apply
hmm, that's 2003 cars VIN M44998-M72584

There's also R167 Unintended Rear Wheel Braking
(seems the same) VIN M44998-N13088

but it doesn't look to be as far as 2005.
