The lower inlet manifold and associated gaskets are VIN-specific. You will need to supply the last six digits of the VIN to determine the correct part numbers.

Hmm I just did a quick ebay search, looks like the Ford Five Hundred lower intake manifold is a match. I do not have 100% proof though.
FelPro makes tried and true aftermarket gaskets (seals) for the 3.0 liters. If you haven't noted already, be sure to have valve cover and bosses gaskets on hand, they are known to leak into the spark plug wells. Very simple to replace when you have the motor torn down to the lower intake.

The upper gaskets part number is XR843536 of which, six are required.
The lower gaskets part number is XR843533, which also require six.
You may be able to have a Ford agency provide the FoMoCo part numbers if you give them the engine number.
