2000 S-type error help

I have read some of the post out here; have been very thankful for some of the posts out there. I have a problem that’s just a little different from the ones I have read so far.
I have a 2000 s-type V-8 with about 120K. I just got the car bought it at a drug auction for 5K. yes I know odd place to get a JAG.
I am getting 4 error codes all at the same time.
P0066 = air assisted fuel injection (AAI) control circuit malfunction.
P1380 = VVT Solenoid circuit malfunction – bank 1
P1385 = VVT Solenoid circuit malfunction – bank 2
P0353 = IGNITION SIGNAL COIL C FAULT
The car is slower than a dog; you can tell that there is power in the engine but it shudders when you get on the gas. Car will not rev over 3K either is this correct? I have also noticed that that I am slowly missing radiator fluid and the car will smoke while out the tail pipe when you first start it.
I replaced all spark plugs and three of the coils. I also did the transmission filter, and an oil change. Coils and plugs helped a little but not much. I also compression tested the cylinders range was 140 to 150PSI
Could someone help me in figuring out what I should work on?

You have a bad coil on Cylinder 3. Or it is disconnected.
The VVT units are probably stuck. Normally it is a mechanical fault. Sludge oil in the screen for the VVT. Look in oil cap at engine see if looks sludgy. Also do oil change and see if oil looks crappy on its way out.

Update
I have done a oil change on the car and have also changed the transmission oil as well. When changing the oil there was nothing unnormal about the look or feel of the oil. same went for theTransmission as well. replaced both filter oil and transmission.
Will be able to give you more information here in the next few days. Since I seem to be working on cars a lotI ordered a scantool from http://www.autoenginuity.com/. Should be here tomorrow.

OkI fixed the most of the problems!!!! amen the P0066, P0301, P1380, p1385. All of the these have been fixed. The VVt just needed to be cleaned up a little. The misfires was a combo of (me picking the wrong cylinder, bad coil, bad connection.) Car is running a 0-60 in about 7sec GREAT.
now I am getting a p0460 and p1233 these are the only codes that I am getting now. I dont think I need to worrie much about the p0460( fuel level sending a circuit.
But P 1233 is fuel system disabled or off line. how can this be? car is running great.

Car is running quite well right now. still a few errors but they come and go on there own.
My question is this, I was driving in the rain yesterday. I had the defrost on to keep the windows from foging up on me. As long the car was driving down the road the windows stayed nice and clear. BUT if I came to a stop the second the car stoped moving the windows would FOG UP.
I said that I was lossing radiator fuild once before. could this be a hole in the heatter core?
