I got a 2001 jaguar s type v8 4.0. In it has a slow start. So I decide to change the crank sensor. Can anybody give me the location of the crank sensor

 

If I'm not mistaken I think its located under the engine at the rear facing the transmission just unplug
the connector and remove the single bolt holding it in place you can't miss it's like the only sensor there, in the center rear most part of the engine just before the transmission hope this helps
