2003 - Location of Fuel Filter

2003 - Location of Fuel Filter

I have a 2003 Jaguar S type 6 cyl and I want to replace the fuel filter... I took a quick look and did not see it. Can anyone tell me the location of the filter befor I start ripping things apart?

Left front wheel well, just did bearing assembly and noticed it was there, hope this helps.

That is what I thought. I did not see an access panel so I assume I need to remove the entire inner wheel well in order to access it.
