The link below will help out. Its for the 3.0 but its basically the same as your V8. With the V8 you are going to find its much tighter, there is your PIA otherwise its a straight forward job. Be sure to read the link found in the "How To" on the proper recharge procedure.

Be glad you don't have the STR! More braces on the front sub frame to fight.
I will give you one good suggestion. Remove both engine mount nuts and jack the engine up with a piece of wood on the oil pan. You will need the room.
You are in the same area so consider replacing the P/S pump if you find any leakage.
