2003 S Type 6cyl 3.0
This is a two part question, Before I had my spark plugs changed I had a code for miss fire so when I had my spark plugs changed everything smooth out,but my engine light would not go out so now I got a code for 1549 which is intake manifold temperature valve actuator connection can anyone tell me where that connection is located I looked around the engine to see if anything was disconnected and I couldn't see anything so I took the battery cable off for about 15 mins to see if the code would clear and it didn't so I went to auto zone for a diagnostic their hand held device did not show any code at all, but when I went to my mechanic his hand held device was alot bigger and it pick up the codes p0420 and p0430 are these signs of bad 02 sensors or bad MAF needs to be cleaned I have an emission test coming up soon can anyone help me it would bw greatly appreciated. Thanks!

"temperature"? You mean tuning. See the codes PDF for a list of known causes (rather more than you mention).
JTIS will likely show you (and is where the PDF comes from).
You really need to read up on misfires with your engine etc type as the plugs are about the least likely cause and are not likely to have fixed your car.
Any codes coming back so soon after clearing / trying to clear them indicate something is so bad that the car can rapidly detect issues.
